By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Link Website Pro is a website intelligence and audit platform that performs automated, read‑only analysis of publicly accessible websites — including technology detection, hosting/DNS/WHOIS lookups, security and privacy checks, SEO analysis, and AI‑generated recommendations. The Service provides informational output and engineering guidance only; it does not constitute legal, security‑certification, or professional advice.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Prohibited activity includes abusive or high‑volume scanning designed to disrupt a target, denial‑of‑service activity, unauthorized penetration testing, reselling scans without authorization, and reverse engineering the Service.
The Free plan is provided "as is" and is limited to a single domain and basic scanning features. AI analysis, downloadable reports, scheduled re‑scans, bulk scanning, and API access are available only on paid plans. We may modify plan limits at any time.
Agency plan customers may access the Service programmatically subject to our API Terms, including rate limits and resale restrictions.
The Service, including all software, designs, and content we provide, is owned by Link‑Lite Data LLC and protected by intellectual‑property laws. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the domains and data you submit and of the reports generated for you, subject to our right to operate and improve the Service.
Scan results rely on public data sources, third‑party services, and heuristics. Results may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and targets may block or alter what the Service can observe. You should independently verify findings before relying on them. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any result.
We target the availability described in our SLA. Except as expressly stated in the SLA, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, third‑party outages, and force‑majeure events may affect availability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR‑FREE OR THAT ANY SECURITY OR SEO FINDING IS COMPLETE OR ACTIONABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINK‑LITE DATA LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Link‑Lite Data LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your submitted targets, or your violation of these Terms — including any claim that you scanned a website you were not authorized to scan.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or to protect the Service or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time; cancellation is handled through your account or by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania for any dispute not subject to arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
